Session Description
A persistently strong dollar and volatile currency markets in an era of diverging central bank policies, have reiterated the need for robust corporate FX hedging programs. Indeed, mitigating FX gain/loss in the income statement, variability in anticipated future foreign currency cash flows, or the results from translating financial statements of foreign subsidiaries, have all become important objectives for corporate treasurers. Join this session for a recap of today’s FX markets and to learn how companies approach balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs, or hedges of net investments in international jurisdictions.
