Ryan Soto

Ryan Soto is Senior Vice President and Head of C&IB Merchant Services Sales at PNC, where Ryan leads new merchant sales strategies for the Corporate and Institutional Banking portfolio. Since joining PNC in 2016, Ryan has held key roles, including Vice President of Integrated Payments, and has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation across the organization.

With 20 years of experience in banking and finance, Ryan began their career at Fifth Third Bank through the Management Trainee Program, gaining exposure to multiple divisions before focusing on Private Banking. In 2010, Ryan transitioned into merchant services, taking on leadership positions at First Data, most recently serving as Regional Director. This diverse background has equipped Ryan with a deep understanding of payment solutions and industry trends.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of South Florida and is recognized for a collaborative leadership style and commitment to delivering value for clients.
