In response to market stress that arose from the beginning of the Covid Pandemic, the SEC announced a slate of reforms to certain investment products. Specifically, in July 2023, the Securities and Exchange Commission finalized new reform amendments for money market funds. At this stage, certain phases of these reforms have been enacted, and other phases of reform are quickly approaching.

Paige Wilhelm of Federated Hermes will provide an update on these SEC reforms, what they mean for investors, and how Asset Managers – including Federated Hermes – will continue to provide investment options for investors of all types.
